Schenectady police and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the death of E-Shawn Berkley. Berkley was shot and killed on September 5, 2021, at the Tropics Restaurant and Bar on South Brandywine Avenue in Schenectady, New York.

The authorities are urging anyone with information about the case to contact the Schenectady Police Department. According to CBS 6 Albany, the police have surveillance footage of two cars that were frequently seen in the areas of Hamburg Street in Rotterdam and Stanley Street in Schenectady between August and September 2021.

The ATF hopes the reward will encourage individuals to come forward with any information that could help solve the case. The Schenectady Police Department can be reached at (518) 788-6566 for tips related to the investigation.
