Cody Falconio, a 31-year-old resident of Northumberland is scheduled to appear in court today following accusations of assaulting an infant. Authorities allege that Falconio attacked the child last month, causing bruising to the head and face. The following day, on April 25, the New York State Police in Wilton received a report about the mistreatment of the child.
